Our holiday cottages are the place to stay in the North York Moors, with lots to see and do in the vicinity; Access Whitby and the Yorkshire coast via Castleton Moor train station (just a five minute walk away), taking a scenic train ride through the Esk Valley.

The village is situated on the River Esk, and surrounding areas can be explored on foot or by bike, with breathtaking views all around. A pub is located within walking distance, at the bottom of the lane, and another just a ten minute walk away.

"We stayed in the Granary and it was perfect, very thoughtfully designed with all the little touches to make it feel like home. Literally everything was provided, from coffee machine and pods, a toast rack to kitchen roll. The views from the hot tub were amazing and I loved seeing the bats flitting about and hearing the owls as we went to sleep at night. We were pleased it turned cold one day so we could use the log burner too.. Thank you so much for a very relaxing stay in the loveliest of surroundings."
